Every year organization conducts a special program on Ram Navami. This year also ashram celebrated this special day by organizing melodious bhajans, Swami’s divine darshan, and discourse.

Ram Navami is a festival of beliefs, faith, self-realization of truth, destruction of ego, lust, and anger. The festival is also an occasion for moral reflection for many people. Ram represents the pure form of the soul or consciousness. He is also known as Maryada Purshottam, which means the man who is supreme in honor and practices righteousness. Lord Ram embodied all the highest ideals of man. He was the master of all kinds of weapons and a great warrior, yet he was modest. Lord Ram was a kind king, devoted to the good and prosperity of his kingdom and his subjects. He was a defender of the weak and the protector of the righteous. His life story teaches the tenets of righteousness to humanity and the importance of righteousness in the life of every human being.
